The aims of this process are as follows:
To improve community access to central notice through a clear and transparent process.
To improve best practice and ensure greater consistency in campaign implementation.
To improve communication around campaigns. Creating clear forums for feedback on campaigns, providing metrics back to campaigns and also a clear method for assessing community consensus for campaigns relating to advocacy.
To reduce potential clashes between campaigns
Requests must be made, at minimum, 10 days in advance of any campaign
Step #4 : Add it to the calendar and check for conflicting campaigns in your period for language/geotargeting. Contact the organizers of the other campaigns to solve them!
Step #5 : Notify target projects and geographic affiliates. Add edit diff links to request.

Type of grant - There was no need of funding. This survey is conducted by a French researcher in psychology and myself (wikimedian volunteer) and is supported by both Wikimedia France and Wikimedia Belgium. This survey is GPDR compliant.

As this is a more complex survey scenario than is typical for Central Notice (specifically as I understand it, a demographic survey of editors conducted by an external researcher, with the intent to publicly release the dataset), please bear with me as it may take some time to discuss and approve it. Hi! This is my first proposal for a banner, so, please, feel free to tell me how to improve it in any way.
In Spanish Wikipedia, I have been organizing the local edition of the Asian Month for the past 2 years. It is sad to see such an interesting project, and one that started my contributions to the Spanish Wikipedia, loose users every year, going from 42 at its best moment to 18 in last year's edition.
I think a banner could greatly improve discovery of this event, which offers a soft, cute landing for new users, and an interesting objective for more experienced users.
@Marion Moseby: Thanks for the preparation of the banner, however, it doesn't work on mobile with me. Can you please check the preview yourself (see link below)? I also removed the Montserrat font because we've had problems with importing fonts recently. Please also note my other ping with the conflicting campaign of Wikimedia Arentina. Furthermore, we would usually expect a local announcement of banner campaigns but as this is a returing campaign, it isn't necessary. — I have created the campaign and banner. Please check the desktop and mobile versions of the display. Do you have the same problems as I do? I can activate the campaign for desktop now if you approve it. Please don't forget to ping me. Hi @DerHexer:, thanks for your comments! I wasn't really aware there was a template for Notice messages, so I just copied one from somewhere; it makes sense that it doesn't work 😅. I have re-designed the banner based on the one from Argentina that you linked (thanks, btw, for the coordination efforts!). If you can update the preview with the new code from my Workshop, that would be super useful! I cannot update it myself, as it seems like I don't have the right permissions. Description - Competition Czechoslovakia is one of the annual competitions hosted by Wikimedia Czech Republic. It is focused both on experienced editors and people who never edited before. During the challenge, we teach Wikipedia users who are interested in the topic how to edit. People can also upload photos to participate.
Metrics -quantitative: Number of articles and pictures uploaded, number of participants; qualitative: jury will pick the articles that are "articles of the highest quality, particularly beneficial for Wikipedia".

I'm getting an error in the preview because the banner is loading an external Montserrat font. Is this needed? Can we use a different font instead?
For the correlation to the other campaign (which I will likely create later today) we have a couple of options: e.g., we can change from 50:50 display to any kind of percentage. But we can also let the 3 displays per 2 days standard setting (can be changed upon your request) of the primary campaign complete first and then show the other campaign (which would be adapted by different priority levels but at a 100 % display for each when they run). Description - The #SheSaid drive, part of the Wiki Loves Women initiative, celebrates women leaders by focusing on enhancing their visibility through the creation and improvement of Wikiquote entries related to them.
Metrics - We will measure the metrics by the number of articles created and improved on WikiQuopte for each participating language.

Type of grant - On Wiki in Africa side, the campaign is funded by an annual grant. Some other groups are likely to use their annual support grant too. During the last year, a dozen of groups applied for a rapid grant to support that project and this is likely to be the same this year.
Great to have SheSaid back, and happy to help set up the campaign and banner.
Like last year, we will only enable the campaign for those languages in which the banner + landing page has translations. Over the weekend I have been working to improve the SheSaid banners by shortening the participant pipeline (number of clicks they need to engage with the landing page). By creating individual campaigns and banners for all languages, the engagement is now much more direct. For this I reviewed all the languages and landing pages you have listed on the Meta page and collected them here in one overview with the information I need for the banners, and noticed that 5 languages do not have a landing page for SheSaid 2024: I have decided to not target these languages anymore, since I assume these are not really participating? No landing page means no available information for participants. For the 4 languages that I, after a month of running the translatable banner, don't have a local language version on the banner text available, they are still receiving the general banner they saw previously, but will still be send to Meta where the participant will have to look up their project manually (instead of being directed to their Wikiquote directly).
