Is there a reason why all global sysops get global-temporary-account-viewer even if they already have the necessary permissions (or should have them?) if they also have global rollback permissions? I'm happy to discuss this elsewhere (e.g. in the ticket) if you think that's more useful. Best Johannnes89 (talk) 06:27, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
- You're right, GRs don't need it. The script I've been using to check and add it if it isn't present wasn't checking for access through other groups. I've updated it now. I'm not going to go back and cleanup the group until after T376315 is done, which may (not) take care of it. — JJMC89 22:46, 27 November 2024 (UTC)
