Can you help me get my account back?

Dear JJMC89,

Regarding you bluntly closing my Request involving merges, usurps or other complications and not answering my questions.

What is the previous communication that you are referring to?

I'd like to get some real answers and not this endless referral game and mechanical reasoning.

Why does a 12 year long zombie user get to hold the Sol identity above an active user that is disputing this automated / mechanical decision to have been thrown out of his Sol account and personal brand? I had the Sol account and I'm active.

There have been never any replies to my inquiries to the new holder of my Sol account from 2 years ago.

Who can overrule this brainless automated decision and provide a sound reasonable explanation or finally mend the situation?

Kind regards,

Sol Sol451 (talk) 06:31, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

You have the same account you've always had. What you want is your former username. That request is declined (and has been repeatedly). We do not grant usurps of accounts that have non-negligible contributions, which the Sol account does. Their inactivity and lack of response to you are irrelevant. Repeatedly making your request in multiple venues will not change the outcome. The referenced previous communications are the ones at nl:b:user talk:Sol451#Uw gebruikersnaam wordt gewijzigd and by email. — JJMC89 08:55, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
That reasoning goes for me too. I had the Sol username and have a whole WikiBook on my name, those are non-negligible contributions as well. On top of that I have not lost interest 12 years ago, but am an active contributer. On the page that you referenced you can see that I immediately disputed the automated decision to kick me out of my Sol username. I never got any real answers on that page, just a statement that I was kicked out of my username, furthermore only referrals, I don't know statements and not my responsibility remarks. I am disputing this automated decision to give prevalence to a zombie account since 12 years above my active account.
Just stating that my request is irrelevant is not an explanation nor serious consideration of what has happened here. I'd like escalate this situation that will fairly evaluate the interests of the persons involved. The other user doesn't even care, but I do. Sol451 (talk) 14:09, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

That

was fast and thank you. --Deepfriedokra (talk) 19:57, 11 September 2024 (UTC)

I realised my mistake, please give me a second chance

I just wanted to replace it with a newer image. I didn't want my actions to be regarded as vandalism. So I'm sorry. UNRealllyyy (talk) 22:10, 18 September 2024 (UTC)

With all due respect, this user should not have been unlocked. They are still actively vandalizing multiple projects, even if they primarily use IPs now. This is their most recent IP. — SURJECTION / T / C / L / 16:58, 23 September 2024 (UTC)

The account shouldn't have been locked in the first place since you (and EPIC) did not provide any evidence. Assertions are not sufficient. — JJMC89 07:24, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
