    Since 2019, I have been an administrator on the Bavarian Wikipedia as well as a global administrator. In the following year, due to my global activities, I also took on the role of Meta-Wiki administrator. In 2024, I was proposed as an administrator on Wikidata.

    My main activities in Wikimedia projects include technical tasks, maintenance, cross-project processing of various requests, and combating vandalism and spam. For example, I have performed over 1,000 interface edits, such as .js, .css, or gadget definitions outside of my user namespace. Additionally, I have made over 150,000 deletions and performed many other actions or edits. With the Steward rights, I want to participate even more strongly in the project and more efficiently counteract spambots or long-term disruptors. I have no direct technical experience with Oversight or Checkuser tools, except for temporary accounts. However, I have already created some requests and am familiar with the basics. I am confident that I can also work in this area, as I am willing to continue my education and acquire new skills in collaboration with other experienced Stewards.

    My biggest weakness is my English, which is very limited. However, I have so far managed to overcome language problems very well. I am, however, willing to continue to improve my language skills in order to effectively carry out my work as a Steward. Additionally, as a global Sysop, I have already gained experience in deciphering very exotic languages. This is often not easy, but I have learned to deal with unusual scripts and languages.

  2. EPIC (Eligible, checked by TenWhile6)2025 •  I feel like WikiBayer is one of the more difficult candidates to decide on. One of the main points to bring up is probably on the global locks/SRG topic - I've noticed from my experience that several stewards have complained about WikiBayer's SRG reports, either because they are missing information (so that one of us has to either decline or ask for more information) or because they are incorrect, and from my SRG work I've seen some signs of that from my side as well, such as [1] and the more recent [2]. With that being said, this might create controversy around how they will use the global lock tool which I want to avoid having. I've had the dewiki stuff in mind as well, such as the RfAs mentioned in the questions and this (about the fact that they were (and still are) using the GR flag to perform suppressredirect moves for regular maintenance at dewiki, a large wiki and outside the scope of how GR's suppressredirect right should be used). I feel like some dewiki users will oppose here, but I'm going to abstain for now, because on the flip side they are doing good work as a global sysop and my impression of their work as a Meta admin/GS has been generally positive.   3. Johannnes89 (Eligible, checked by TenWhile6)2025 •  I agree with Minorax and EPIC. WikiBayer does a lot of work fighting xwiki vandalism and spam. And a lot of it is very helpful, especially for smaller wikis which lack the resources to fight vandalism/spam. But I would like to see improvements in the way they communicate. They've stopped with the block reasons Minorax criticised (as far as I know), but still communication is too often poorly when asked to justify some of their decisions as (global) sysop. I've considered giving them a motivational vote of support, because there is a lot of helpful GS work and right now they are receiving mostly opposes, but there are also too many reasons to oppose -> therefore neutral. Your English is OK, and it wasn't difficult for me to understand what you were saying. However, some of your answers (eg the U4C case) were plain weird - and not in a good way - for me. But on the other hand, your statement, theoretical candidature and the answers you gave to my questions were fine - so much so that I was surprised to see a bunch of opposes to your candidature.
