Minutes of meeting
[edit]- Trainers took a bus provided by IIUM on the evening of 23rd February and arrived in Lubok Legong at night the same day.
- Trainers spent the night in the village prayer and activity rooms provided.
- On the morning of 24th February, an event hall in the village was used as the main activity location. Chairs were set up for the village participants. A news reporter came to document the opening ceremony. The participants gradually gathered in the event hall. A slight delay of the opening ceremony occurred due to unavoidable issues with the village chief. The village chief, UKM representative, WCUGM representative, and IIUM representative gave speeches during the opening ceremony. Once the ceremony ended, the same individuals were interviewed by the reporter.
- The participants were split into several groups consisting of 3 trainers and 3 participants in a single group.
