next step?
[edit]perhaps a WikiProject page on Wikidata? — Arlo Barnes (talk) 03:45, 7 March 2024 (UTC)
- Support I don't see any problem in moving the page to a location where it is more relevant and with easier access. In reality the initial concept included to add images to Wikimedia Commons (the logos) and to consider the possibility to add a reference to Local Contexts in images provided on Wikimedia Commons. For this reason the page was created on Meta. But if the project is further developed on Wikidata let's move it there. No problem. thanks. iopensa (talk) 10:35, 7 March 2024 (UTC)
- To clarify, I think having a hub page on Meta is a good thing, but having more specific help pages at the relevant projects would be good also. Arlo Barnes (talk) 20:01, 22 March 2024 (UTC)

- wikiproject Local Contexts ==> WikiProject Local Contexts per the more usual capitalisation for WikiProjects. — Arlo Barnes (talk) 04:19, 7 March 2024 (UTC)
- Not done for now, leaving to primary author to move if desired:@Susannaanas: — xaosflux Talk 10:29, 7 March 2024 (UTC)
update for 2025
[edit]Since it has been awhile since the 2023 discussions that started this page, I refactored to focus on what WM-ers can do going forward versus what requires further contact with the LC org. Arlo Barnes (talk) 21:44, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
