Weak keep, in good faith - Dan has been recently out, I think that he's currently busy but I think he will return. Since he has enough log actions per current policy to be considered active and has done an overall good work I'm in good faith thinking he should be confirmed at least for this year. Remove Unfortunately I feel the level of inactivity (especially if he believes it is likely/possible it will remain so) do not justify continuing to hold the tools. I know the policy says he doesn't meet the threshold for automatic removal but I don't think that removes inactivity as a completely valid reason for opposition (I'm happy to debate it again but I had quite a bit of that debate last year if anyone wants to read :) ).
