True. User Toni bs hasn't got enough edits, but I feel he should be allowed to vote because it is an alternative account on Meta that belongs to Toni bs otherwise known as Toni. I am probably wrong, because Toni hasn't got a link between the two accounts - not here on Meta, but he has one at bswiki. Better safe than sorry. This is why I would like this question resolved, in order not to interfere with the final results. Is it enough to have just a link between the accounts, or it should the user name (which gives the right for a vote), and should it be the same user name? He has a redirect at The Wikimedia Commons, dewiki, enwiki, frwiki, hrwiki, nlwiki and srwiki. We can also see here that Toni acknowledged that account on bswiki.
I have read this:
Votes from accounts which do not link (by the end of the election) to their userpage on a project where the user is active for three months or longer, will be cancelled as well.
Even if that policy did not pass, we should maybe reconsider his vote as valid, if he by the end of vote links his account properly. -- Bugoslav 23:23, 7 February 2011 (UTC)
