I often edit pages about WikiFranca and I'm also coordinator of their communication team. On Meta I create pages, rename some of the existing ones, and I would sometimes like to delete some as well or protect others (such as official statutes of the organization, new minutes of meetings etc.). My work as an admin here would be mainly restricted to the pages about WikiFranca. For info I also have been an administrator on the French Wikipedia (check) since last year and I have been editing frWP since 2009. --.Anja. (talk) 17:54, 25 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Meta is a project with many globally-reaching tools; I think I generally prefer admins here to have more experience with other projects and/or a clearer use case for the tools here than one set of pages. That said, I'm not opposed to this request, because it does demonstrate a need for the access and I trust the candidate to not misuse it. Given the use case, I'd fully support a request for limited adminship rather than a regular one. Side question: Is it a practice here on Meta to protect organization official statutes or meeting minutes pages?
