I believe now is the perfect time to request to become an Admin of Meta. I'm genuinely eager to welcome and support everyone in the Meta community. Additionally, I am committed to addressing and removing any vandalism or harmful content to ensure that Meta remains a safe and positive space for all. My goal is to foster an environment where all users feel respected and valued. c) I haven’t requested permissions on Meta or any other wiki, so it’s clear.

Yes, for d, you also lack experience – which in many cases comes with time. If what you define "active" on Meta as a recent surge of welcoming users just within the last few days after a period of minimal activity, I guess?
