I work at Wikimedia Ukraine; you may know me by my volunteer username, Ата. There is constant demand for banners from Ukrainian community, where requesting a banner is always planned early but the actual requests on Meta are posted late. I want to be able to do something and ease the whole thing for everyone as a Central notice admin. Thank you. --Ата (talk) 22:04, 14 March 2019 (UTC)

Support, the user has enough technical knowledge and more than enough trust required to hold this flag. I would very much like them applying in their volunteer role for it would mean they could help with non-WMUA campaigns as well, but this is a big relief as it is. I would only warn the user that it is best practice to post requests (and calendar entries) on Meta beforehand anyway, it gives an opportunity for others to review them as well as to plan their own campaigns better. --Base (talk) 22:50, 14 March 2019 (UTC)

I am aware of the time requirements to the banner requests; my reason for applying is more to shorten period between banner request and banner implementation than to justify late requests. --ViraMotorko (WMUA) (talk) 14:19, 15 March 2019 (UTC)
