Registration fees for co-presenters

Dear @Magioladitis: Thank you for your thoughtfulness in mentioning reimbursement for your colleagues' registration fees on your grant request. Usually, they would each have to submit their own grant requests, but in this case, we will request for them to reply here on meta-wiki that they would like for WMF to reimburse them for their registration fees. By agreeing to receive grant funds from WMF, they are also agreeing to be considered a grantee and will need to sign a grant agreement and provide information/documents requested that's needed to process the grant and payment. After replying here, please ask them to email me at grantsadminwikimedia.org, so that we may move forward with their request.

On a separate note, I sent you an email requesting information/documents so that we may move forward with issuing your grant agreement and processing your grant for the approved 250 EUR. If you do not immediately see it in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder and me to your contacts list. The email is from grantsadminwikimedia.org.
