Faoin na Feachtais Inspire

Is Feachtais Inspire imeachtaí míosa iad chun cuid comhiarrachtaí réitigh go práinneach na gluaiseachta Wikimedia a díirigh orthu. Is t-am smaionthe nua a roinnt agus cruthaigh é seo.

I ndiandh an fheachtas, tá deontais ar fáil comhbheart de na snaomithe sin a déanamh. Tá pleanáil agus tacaíocht lóistíochtúil ar fáil do thionscadail a níl maoiniú uaidh.

Cén téama reatha é?

San fheachtas sin, iarramid de smaionthe faoi cén chaoi an bail den lucht eagarthóireachta a tomhais.

Healthy projects promote high quality content creation, respectful collaboration, efficient workflows, and effective conflict resolution. Patterns of experiences that result in editor frustration, poor editor retention, broken workflows, and unresolved conflicts can be seen as unhealthy.

As a movement, Wikimedians have always measured aspects of their communities. Data points such as editor activity levels, new users, and editor retention are regularly collected. While these metrics provide some useful indications about the health of a project, they do not give major insights into challenges and specific areas needing improvement.

Caithfimid i mbun bailiú sonraí chun go iomlánaíoch tionscadail a meas, faoin aer amhail staitistic ginearálta eagarthóireachta, ach caithfimid na cúinsí agus na próisis níos lú agus ar leith chun buaileann eagarthóirí leo sa n-obair a meas.

Má tá smaionthe faoi cén chaoi an bail den lucht a tomhais agat, roinn le linn an feachtas reatha iad, le do thoil!

Tá ceistanna faoin fheactas sin nó feachtais Inspire de ghnáth agat? Athbhreithnigh an leathanach FAQ, le do thoil.
