Map in UploadWizard

Problem: It takes time to copy coordinates and directions to indicate the location of a photo.
Who would benefit: Everyone, especially those who take a lot of pictures for Commons.
Proposed solution: Add a map directly integrated in UploadWizard to point to a location, similar to what exists in structured data or on tools like Freeside (many newbies or occasional contributors don't even know their existance). This would save a lot of time and allow us to add more photos or specify location data more often.

- If it's about the Exif, most files don't have such coordinates and therefore they must be added manually. If it's about Commons metadata, it's much easier to add them directly at the upload, rather than going through the metadata, which often takes more time and doubles a task.
