What is the campaign duration?

  • R2: 1 December 2022 → 15 December 2022
  • Note these dates can be flexible. We understand dates will inevitably conflict with the sound logo vote. These dates can slide around as long as there's at (a) at least a couple days between rounds and (b) at least a few days before 1 January.

Description - As every year, to announce the Picture of the Year vote. This is the fifteenth edition of POTY. See c:Commons:Picture of the Year.

Hi @Rhododendrites, Legoktm, and Firefly:!

Is there photo credit in the top right of the banner really necessary? The image apparently is a winner from 15 years ago, and it's is a strange way to credit: nowadays, we would just add the photographers name, right? In CentralNotice banners normally there is no credit for the image the banner uses, but ìf we do this, we imho should do it correct to set the right example.
