El Grupo de usuarios Tamazight es un grupo que trabaja en proyectos y contenidos en lengua Tamazight y de la cultura Amazigh.
El tamazight es un conjunto de idiomas derivados del idioma numidio, también conocido como libio antiguo. Forman una rama de la familia de lenguas camito-semíticas (o afroasiáticas) y cubren un gran área geográfica: en el norte de África, desde Marruecos hasta Egipto, pasando por algeria, Túnez y Libia, así como el Sáhara y parte del Sahel Occidental, con muchos hablantes en Mali y Níger.
El tamazight se escribe, desde mediados del primer milenio a. C., con el alfabeto Tifinagh. Desde comienzo del siglo XX, el Tamazight se ha escrito principalmente utilizando el alfabeto latino o el árabe, aunque los tuareg siguen utilizando el Tifinagh.

Objetivos
- Promover el uso de los proyectos Wikimedia por parte de los hablantes de Tamazight.
- Ayudar a los hablantes de Tamazight a editar en los proyectos Wikimedia.
- Organizar encuentros de Wikipedistas hablantes de Tamazight.
- Crear programas de educación lingüística de Tamazight.
- Poner más datos en Tamazight.
- Organizar colaboración (editatones, concursos fotografía, etcétera) con los capítulos locales en los que existan hablantes de Tamazight, y con las asociaciones Tamazight o Amazigh.
