We had a long discussion about also how to set longer term goals to mid term vision for the next or perhaps two next years. The reason would be to enable us to work more strategically and develop resources and partnerships. For non time bound activities, we alread have the pages potential activities and outreach. Action: start the page of the Annual plan for 2026 so that we can fill it during the year and give us a heads-up on possible future activities.
After some discussion of pros and cons, we agreed to remove the draft and adopt the plan as it is now. This with the caveat that we, in each regular user group meeting in 2025, should review our goals and adjust the plan if needed. Reports could be done with simple traffic light status before each call. Action: Remove the draft template and example texts.
