Wikimedia Foundation Affiliates Strategy/Implementation/Affiliate health criteria/Table
As part of the implementation of the Wikimedia Foundation Affiliates Strategy, Wikimedia Foundation staff are updating reporting formats to collect data about the affiliate health criteria.
The updates will be tested with two different groups based on whether or not they are reporting on a General Support Fund in Wikimedia Foundation Fiscal Year 2024-2025. Staff will be reaching out to affiliate representatives from these groups with further instructions.
A third group will report using the existing method.
Group A: Submit affiliate health criteria data using Fluxx
[edit]This group represents affiliates who are reporting on a FY25 General Support Fund grant in January 2025 or July 2025 using Fluxx. Affiliate representatives will be guided to provide affiliate health criteria within that same report.
This report is automatically published on Meta-wiki and will also be used for the annual activity report, unless the affiliate elects to produce a separate report.
Committee Support staff will populate the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal using the available report.
Group B: Submit affiliate health criteria data using Meta-wiki form
[edit]This group represents affiliates with reports due between 2024 November and 2025 July that are not reporting on a FY25 General Support Fund grant.
This group will provide affiliate health criteria data in a form on Meta-wiki, which will cover affiliate health criteria and related questions previously asked in by the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal.
Committee Support staff will populate the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal using the affiliate's report on Meta-wiki.
Group C: Submit activity report using the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal
[edit]This group represents affiliates not included in the test period, with reporting dates in September or October 2024 that are not reporting on a General Support Fund grant in FY25.
These affiliates should submit their required annual reports using the existing method.
Committee Support staff can assist with the process of submitting the reports to the Wikimedia Affiliates Data Portal.
