- Hosting Training Materials and Toolkits: Providing comprehensive resources, training materials, and toolkits to enhance the skills and knowledge of contributors.
- Offering Technical and Mentorship Support: Delivering technical guidance and mentorship to Wikimedia communities, as well as GLAM and educational institutions, ensuring sustainable growth and impact.
- Coordinating Large-Scale Projects: Managing global campaigns like Wiki Loves Ramadan, and other initiatives to promote content creation and collaboration.
- Encouraging Partnerships: Collaborating with educational institutions, libraries, and cultural organizations to strengthen the reach and impact of Wikimedia projects.
- Acting as a Research and Innovation Hub: Facilitating research, multimedia content creation, and innovation to advance Wikimedia’s mission and explore new opportunities for knowledge dissemination.
