2016 Community Wishlist Survey
[edit]Hi,
You’re getting this message because you participated in the 2015 Community Wishlist Survey and we want to make sure you don't miss it this year – or at least can make the conscious choice to ignore if it you want to. The 2015 survey decided what the Community Tech team should work on during 2016. It was also the focus of Wikimedia hackathons and work by other developers. You can see the status of wishes from the 2015 wishlist at 2015 Community Wishlist Survey/Results.
The 2016 Community Wishlist Survey is now open for wishes. You can create proposals until November 20. You will be able to vote on which wishes you think are best or most important between November 28 and December 12. /Johan (WMF) (talk) via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 11:17, 14 November 2016 (UTC)

Litlok (talk) 17:55, 22 September 2017 (UTC)
- D'accord ! Merci pour le conseil ! ;) Lyokoï (talk) 08:16, 23 September 2017 (UTC)

The Community Wishlist Survey
[edit]Hi,
You get this message because you’ve previously participated in the Community Wishlist Survey. I just wanted to let you know that this year’s survey is now open for proposals. You can suggest technical changes until 11 November: Community Wishlist Survey 2019.
You can vote from November 16 to November 30. To keep the number of messages at a reasonable level, I won’t send out a separate reminder to you about that. /Johan (WMF) 11:24, 30 October 2018 (UTC)
Wikimania 2019
[edit]Hi! Glad to see other TWUG members joining Wikimania. I hope we could do a bit of an activity regarding Wiktionary during the summit. I was thinking of an edit-a-thon of indigenous language lemmas to other Wiktionary editions in conjuction with UN Year. I mainly edit in Malay Wiktionary but French Wiktionary is my second home wiki. Hope to see you there! --Tofeiku (talk) 17:31, 24 June 2019 (UTC)

- Nice. I joined Wikimania at the last minute. So, I will just be a participant. But I'll make sure to listen to your presentation! I've been busy focusing on documenting indegenous languages in Borneo this year in Wiktionary. An edit-a-thon would be great where all major language editions of Wiktionary document an endagered indegenous language. --Tofeiku (talk) 02:48, 25 June 2019 (UTC)

I don't know much either but we can plan it later and come up with activities to do within the meetup depends on the topic and participants. We can book a room for the meetup. Even Wikidata is doing one. --Tofeiku (talk) 13:02, 16 July 2019 (UTC)

The TWUG on space.wmflabs.org
[edit]Hello Lyokoï
A few months ago, WMF opened a new discussion space. Since our user group has some difficulties to communicate (not everyone sees the messages that are posted on Talk:Wiktionary/Tremendous_Wiktionary_User_Group), I asked for a dedicated forum for the TWUG to be opened. It's happening here (there is no topic so far).
From now on, I invite you to follow the category to be informed as soon as a new topic is created. Pamputt (talk) 18:43, 16 September 2019 (UTC)
Community Wishlist Survey 2020
[edit]Hello!
You are getting this message because you've previously participated in the Community Wishlist Survey, in either the Wikisource or Wiktionary categories. I wanted to let you know that this year's survey is now open for proposals. You can suggest technical changes until November 11. Unlike previous years, we are only accepting proposals for non-Wikipedia content projects with no dedicated teams (i.e., Wikibooks, Wiktionary, Wikiquote, Wikisource, Wikiversity, Wikispecies, Wikivoyage, and Wikinews). You can learn more on the survey page.
You can vote on proposals from November 20 to December 2. To keep the number of messages at a reasonable level, I won't send out a separate reminder to you about that. We look forward to your participation. Thank you! IFried (WMF) (talk) 18:52, 22 October 2019 (UTC)
Microfi Week-end Wiktionnaire
[edit]Hello !
:D See you soon.

Wiktionary Conference
[edit]Hi Lyokoï. How have you been doing? I remembered we discussed about having a Wiktionary Conference and we should discuss it to the user group. It is now Round 2 for the Grants:Conference for conference between 1 August 2020 till 31 January 2021. The deadline is 2 February 2020. If we are ready, we can apply it. --Tofeiku (talk) 17:36, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
- @Tofeiku: Hello ! I'm fine and you ? For the 2 january to the 6, we will have a big week end with french active wiktionarians (like Pom445, DaraDaraDara, Noé, Lepticed7, Darmo117 and Otourly), we will discuss about doing this event. In my mind, we should start the project on a subpage of TWUG. Lyokoï (talk) 18:11, 29 December 2019 (UTC)
- That is great. Hope you will have a fruitful discussion with the other Wiktionarians. For sure we should create the subpage. --Tofeiku (talk) 15:57, 1 January 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Hello,
We hope you are all healthy and safe in these difficult times.
The Community Tech team has just launched a new initiative to improve Wikisource. We have created the first project (Improve ebook exports), which came out of the 2020 Community Wishlist Survey. We now invite you to share your feedback on the project talk page. Please let us know what you think of our project analysis; we want to hear from you! Furthermore, we hope that you will participate in the other Wikisource improvement projects, which we’ll address in the future. Thank you in advance and we look forward to reading your feedback on the project talk page!

Merci d'avoir contribué à la Stratégie 2030 !
[edit]Wikimédia 2030 | ||
Merci Lyokoï pour ta précieuse contribution aux discussions qui ont permis de créer les Recommendations pour la stratégie 2030 du mouvement Wikimédia ! :) |
The 2021 Community Wishlist Survey is now open! This survey is the process where communities decide what the Community Tech team should work on over the next year. We encourage everyone to submit proposals until the deadline on 30 November, or comment on other proposals to help make them better. The communities will vote on the proposals between 8 December and 21 December.
The Community Tech team is focused on tools for experienced Wikimedia editors. You can write proposals in any language, and we will translate them for you. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing your proposals!
18:25, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
We invite all registered users to vote on the 2021 Community Wishlist Survey. You can vote from now until 21 December for as many different wishes as you want.
In the Survey, wishes for new and improved tools for experienced editors are collected. After the voting, we will do our best to grant your wishes. We will start with the most popular ones.
We, the Community Tech, are one of the Wikimedia Foundation teams. We create and improve editing and wiki moderation tools. What we work on is decided based on results of the Community Wishlist Survey. Once a year, you can submit wishes. After two weeks, you can vote on the ones that you're most interested in. Next, we choose wishes from the survey to work on. Some of the wishes may be granted by volunteer developers or other teams.
We are waiting for your votes. Thank you!

Farajiibrahim (talk) 11:57, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
Cordialement. Lyokoï (talk) 13:38, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
