IRC cloak request

@Vigorous action: はじめまして。ご連絡ありがとうございます。タグを貼ったことに関しては、2015年12月8日 (火) 22:21 Ks aka 98 (会話 | 投稿記録) が Y.WXYZ.S. (会話 | 投稿記録) を無期限ブロックしました (アカウント作成も禁止) (WP:ILLEGIT／目的外使用)となっている為、WP:ILLEGITを理由にテンプレートを付けました。まあ、このように不適切なタグの使用であるのなら問題ですが、今回のことに関しては貼ってはいけない/貼るべきというような方針・ガイドラインはないと思いますので、不適切な処置ではないかと思います。ページの置換に関しては除去しなければいけない理由が存在しませんので（目的外使用のような感じはありますが…）、復元しました[2]。お手数おかけいたしました。--Infinite0694 (Talk) 15:50, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

CUが行う多重アカウントが理由によるブロックで、CU依頼によるものやsockpuppetになっていないものはブロック理由を理解され改善を約束されれば裁量で解除される性質のものです。今回の利用者は、現在会話ページにおいて解除申請をされています。その最中に貼り付けを行う妥当性が見当たらないと私は考えるのです。

また、ご存知かも知れませんがチェックユーザーエクステンションには、通常の管理者と違うブロックのインターフェースが用意されておりそのインターフェースにはuserページや、利用者会話ページの置き換え機能がついています(jaではさらに改良が行われ個人jsを利用した、追加機能もあります)。どうしても必要なテンプレートなら対処時に貼り付けを行いますから、対処者は必要ないまたは不要と判断しているのでしょう。

こういったテンプレートは、かまってちゃん的な荒らしの場合相手を喜ばすだけですし、解除を目指している人の場合神経を逆撫でするようなものですから、適切に使用しなければWikipediaに対する被害を拡大させることもあります。そのあたりもご考慮頂ければと思います。--Vigorous action (talk) 22:27, 17 December 2015 (UTC)
