Hello, please refrain from edits like Special:Diff/28204864/28204871. These are mostly unneeded cosmetic changes that shouldn't override the guideline to not edit other's comments. en:WP:OTHERSCOMMENTS aptly states: It is not necessary to bring talk pages to publishing standards, so there is no need to copy edit others' posts. Question about UTRS

Hello, by any chance, do you know which admins run the WP:UTRS system? Have you filed a appeal request on utrs-beta.wmflabs.org? Also please note that TParis is no longer active. (AmandaNP is a steward here on Meta, and it might give a help. Did you asked AmandaNP?) SRG

Hi HingWahStreet, thanks for your help fighting abuse by reporting it to SRG. Given that you've reported multiple accounts today which you withdrew later / which were declined by stewards, I want to point out that stewards use global locks in clear-cut cases like crosswiki abuse. Local issues or disruptiveness at one single project should be resolved by local admins (which SRG#Requests for global (un)lock and (un)hiding points out as well). If local admins don't think an account should be blocked, stewards cannot and will not circumvent their decision by just issuing a global action (unless there are actual reasons for global (b)locks like xwiki abuse).
