Cannot edit

The message is very long. Basically it says:

“Your account or IP address has been blocked.

. . . blocked ‪. . .‬ until 18:51, 12 December 2025, because: Per global block or global lock.

What can I do now?

Your current IP address is ... Blocked users can … unless … (if you are not ... You can ...

When I tried to edit, it says my IP range was blocked “until 18:51, 12 December 2025, because: Per global block or global lock.” What should I do?
