CommonsClash

I wanna tank you for all the realy great tools you have made, I use some of them almost every day in imagehandling on the swedish wikipedia. I just have a small feture request CommonsClash, a text stating how many pictures there is in total at the list (and maybe also a number for those that is certanly duplicates) it would be nice to see how far of emptening is. I think that grouping by uploader on local wiki or commons would help a little bit (eg. correcting descriptions of images). --WarX 10:24, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for your suggestion, and sorry for the late response. So, you are using it to tell people to transfer the image description when they upload images? Hm, that never ocurred to me :) I wrote that tool basically as an automated version of NewCommons...

Sometimes people upload the same image but with different extension (for some reasons). i.e. Sample.JPG and Sample.jpg are treated as two distinct images, and then there's Sample.gif, Sample.png, etc.

Gallery tool

as expected

"orphan" means it's not on a gallery or in a category on the commons. All images on the commons should be categorized, otherwise they are useles, because no one can find them. -- Duesentrieb 11:35, 4 March 2006 (UTC)

Hallo D. Dÿsentrieb, beim CatScan-Tool hätte ich einen Feature-Wunsch: Wäre es wohl möglich, eine Funktion einzurichten, die die neu angelegten Artikel einer Kategorie und ihrer Unterkategorien anzeigt? Dies könnte entweder per Datum parametrisiert werden oder eine einfache Voreinstellung „Alle Artikel der letzten 7/14/etc. Tage“. Falls Du momentan keine oder wenig Zeit hast, könnte ich mir auch vorstellen eine solche Funktionalität selber zu implementieren. Dazu bedürfte es aber einer vorherigen Absprache und des Quelltextes. Hm, "letzte änderungen" gibt es ja schon - meinst du wirklich, neu angelegte Artikel wären wichtig? Ist auch nicht so ganz einfach zu machen, an einem Artikel-Eintrag steht nicht dran, wann er angelegt wurde. -- Duesentrieb 14:13, 14 March 2006 (UTC)

Hallo, erstmal vielen Dank für die Antwort. Momentan gehen eine Menge Portalmitarbeiter jeden Tag stundenlang die neuen Artikel durch und tragen alle für ihr Portal / ihre Kategorie relevante Artikel per Hand in eine Liste der Neuzugänge ein. Ich persönlich habe schon einige Stunden / Tage / ... meines Lebens mit dieser Arbeit verbracht: siehe Projektseite Frühe Neuzeit („Neue Artikel“). Anderen geht es meines Wissens nach genauso. Zum Praktischen: Wie sieht denn die Routine für Spezial:Newpages aus? Die filtert doch auch die neuen Artikel raus. Jetzt fehlt eben noch ein Filter für die Kategorien/Unterkategorien. – Gib mir bitte eine Rückmeldung, ob Du es selber machen kannst, oder ob ich mich dransetzen soll. Catscan 2

Wäre nett, mal für den Catscan auch die Option zu bietern, nur die Artikel und nicht Tiefenangaben und andere Kategorien auszugeben; dann kann man den catscan auch prima für bots benutzen.Klever 15:33, 16 March 2006 (UTC)

Gallery tool

Hi Duesentrieb, das gallery tool ist einsame Spitzenklasse (hilft z. B. ungemein beim Auswerten von Trollbeiträgen etc. auf den Commons, aber auch zum Auffinden eigener Bilder und Fehler). Ein Manko hat es allerdings: Bilder, die per Vorlage kategorisiert sind, werden trotzdem als "Orphan" gelistet. Das ist prinzipiell richtig, da die Lizenz-Kategorien z. B. nicht ausreichen, aber eine Ausnahme müsste es geben: die "Creator:"-Vorlagen enthalten alle eine Kategorie, die die Gemälde etc. einem Urheber zuordnet, was als Einordnung schon mal ganz gut ist und eigentlich erst mal ausreicht. --62.214.228.85 14:49, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

Hallo Duesentrieb, mir ist grad aufgefallen das das Teil die Vorlage Template:Gray's Anatomy plate nicht zu erkennen scheint. Er zeigt mir zwar an das die Vorlage drin steht, behauptet aber trotzdem das kein license tag drin wäre. (s. z.B. [1]). Gruß, Lennert B 22:44, 12 April 2006 (UTC)

Gallery-tool

Dear Duesentrieb, my apologies for not writing in German, but I can only read it, not write it. For starters, let me congratulate you with the great tools you make: they're very handy to have.

Secondly, I would like to make a suggestion/tool-idea: now you have "Gallery" and "CommonsClash". I was thinking: could it be possible to combine those 2 tools? So you can check a user's uploads, and compare them with the Commons-material.

This could be usefull for cleaning up images: in my home-wiki (nl), many images (mostly maps) were copied from the other wiki's, before the existence of Commons, and now those images could be de deleted, because the original has been transferred to Commons. It would also be handy for people moving their own uploads to Commons, so they can check wich pictures are already there.

Now, don't feel obliged to say it's a good idea: if you think the idea sucks, you can say that as well, but I thought I could offer the suggestion anyway. With regards, and once again thanks for the great tools, --Tuvic 20:17, 27 April 2006 (UTC)

Sorry, I missed you post here :/ Anway, I like your idea and will add it to my todo list. I have no idea when i will put it in, though - maybe next wee, maybe next year ;) But it would indeed by a nice feature - it just never occurred to me, because i wore the Gallery tool mainly for the use on commons, where thiswouldn't make any sense.

Hallo Düsentrieb, besten Dank für deine nützlichen Tools. Ein kleiner Bug report: Bilder mit Tag {{PD-old/de}} erscheinen im Gallerie-Tool für Benutzer als "No license Tag". Erstaml: {{PD-old/de}} sollte niemals direkt als template verwendet werden - es dient nur als Übersetzung von {{PD-old}}. Evtl sollte man mit <includeonly> eine warnuing anzeigen, wenn es direkt eingebunden wird.

Why sv2wp isn't here?

I've found "sehr gut Programme" here. So I can not understand why I don't see it here. PS. Interesting: is it possible to use clipboard for easy transform? I.e. I open Excel or Calc, copy&paste info and get WikiTable?

csv2wp isn't here because it's not a toolserver project - but i should probably just add it. I wanted to finish the next version for some time anyway - well, other stuff seems more important right now :)

The cliboard is a problem - sure, you can just copy&pase data from excel or whatever. But my tool expects CSV data, and there's no way to tell what format (and charset) the data will be in if you just copy&paste it - that depends on your OS, spreadsheet software, browser and settings. "Tools Tabs"

Hallo Duesentrieb!

Seit einiger Zeit habe ich in den Commons auf Bildbeschreibungsseiten und Benutzerseiten "Tools Tabs" oben. Ich vermute mal, dass Du da irgendwie hinter steckst, zumal sie Deine Tools nutzen. In letzter Zeit ist mir allerdings aufgefallen, dass die Sprache irgendwie nicht immer stimmt. Vor etwa zwei Wochen war es für ein paar Stunden französisch und im Moment kommt es mir spanisch vor: galería - huérfanos - sin etiquetar bzw. uso externo - categorizar - registro. Ich habe das bisher an zwei verschiedenen Rechnern feststellen können, einmal mit Mozilla, einmal mit Firefox, beide unter Windows. Unter Linux kann ich es leider nicht ausprobieren, da ich da das Funknetz noch nicht ans Laufen bekommen habe ;-)

Ja, ich habe das Problem auch, meine sind gerade italienisch (mit FF unter Linux - hat damit aber wohl nichts zu tun); Die Tabs hab' ich nicht aber gemacht, darum kömmern sich commons:User:Arnomane - mit den Details kenne ich mich nicht aus. Das Problem liegt wohl "irgendwie" and "irgendeinem" Cache... vergleiche auch commons:Commons:Village_pump#German_tabs. -- Duesentrieb 08:59, 18 May 2006 (UTC)

First, let me say your tools are awesome! I'm fairly new to the Wikipedia/commons world, but CommonSense and the Gallery tools for the commons ceartily save me a lot of time.

Just FYI: At the top of these tools, you have a blue box with good news about the Asian servers now replicating. There's a typo: the last line says "For the current status, se the replag graph." It should be "see."

I normally would ignore such a small typo, but as so many people use the tools, it should get fixed.

Gallery / Usage

ich hätte eine kleine Anmerkung zum Usage-Feld in der Galerie. Prinzipiell ein sehr schönes und nützliches Tool. Leider prüft es nur ab welche Kategorien im Dokument eingetragen sind. Aber manche Linzenz-Vorlagen haben eine automatische Kategorisierung, so werden deutsche Briefmarken automatisch in die entsprechnde Kat eingetragen. (z.B. commons:Template:PD-German Empire stamps) Trotzdem werden die Bilder dann als Waise geführt.
Ich denke es wäre schön, wenn solche "Autokategorisierungen" mit geprüft werden könnten. -- MfG burts ∞ 11:28, 20 May 2006 (UTC)
PS: Allerdings sollte sich dann wohl nicht auf die Linzenz-Kategorie wie GFDL, PD-Germany, ... beziehen!?

Genau das ist das Problem... wie erkennt mein Tool, welche Kategorien es ignorieren soll? Im Augenblick ignoriert Gallery alle Kategorien, die nicht direkt in der Bildbeschreibung gesetzt sind; das geht nicht immer gut. Andere Tools wie OrphanImages haben eine Listen von Kategorien, die sie ignorieren sollen - die muss man imemr von Hand anpassen, und sie ist nie vollständig.

Was man also bräuchte wäre eine markierung für "unechte" Kategorien - allerdings müssten sehr viele Kategorien so markiert werden... Es wird also noch etwas dauern, bis eine wirklich gute Lösung gefunden ist. -- Duesentrieb 12:38, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

UntaggedImages / Gallery

Really great tools, but i have one suggestion: How about showing total number of pictures displayed, then you could guess that if now is showing 20 pictures, "next 25" doesnt give any more. Or even better show: Found 123 images, showing 25-50. --213.139.183.195 18:30, 20 May 2006 (UTC)

Galeria

Dlaczego po kliknięciu na Polskiej Wikipedii przycisku "Galeria" otwiera się ta dziwna strona po angielsku? Nie powinno się tego przetłumaczyć i spowodować żeby korzystało z tego samego CSS co wikipedia (tzn. z template monobook)? Bo to co jest obecnie wygląda na rozwiązanie prowizoryczne. The Gallery tool is not yet localizable. I may make that possible in the future, but JaBoJa's tone is not very motivating. I didn't put the link into the polish wiki, nor is anyone forced to use my tools. -- Duesentrieb 18:15, 1 June 2006 (UTC)

WikiSense gallery

Hi!

I have a small bugreport regarding your Gallery tool: if a user writes the license tag into the Information template (well, maybe this is wrong by itself?), the gallery marks such image as "no license tag!", see e.g. [3] and commons:Image:Arm Jean de Lacy.gif.

Commons license {CNG}

Tools for Articles

Hallo Duesentrieb!

Ich würde mein Autorentool in den nächsten Monaten gerne auflösen und die Leute auf dein Tool verweisen, da es, statt wie deines direkt die Datenbank abzufragen, html-Seiten parst und somit mehr Kapazitäten verbraucht. Schön wäre es, wenn die deutschen Wikibookianer das Ergebnis auch in der gewohnten Form, sprich die, die mein Tool liefert, erhalten könnten. Schau dir meinTool mal auf www.wasdenktihr.de an. Ich denke, die Ausgabe entsprechend anzupassen und zu testen dürften in wenigen Stunden machbar sein. Wie sollen wir am besten vorgehen? Gallery 'orphan' term

Hey Duesentrieb, perhaps this term should be changed or expanded. It seems to throw a lot of people, "but I just put it in my Wikipedia article, it's not an orphan!". Perhaps it could just be changed to 'Orphan on Commons!', maybe with a "*" or "?" link explaining why that's bad... what do you think? --commons:User:pfctdayelise 03:45, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

The gallery tools works for any wiki, it does not know/care if images from that wiki can be used elsewhere. The wording would have to be changed for commons only. People uploading to commons have to realize that it is important to link their images at commons - the Gallery tools seems to wrong place to explain that. Also, "orphan as commons" may be taken to indicate that it's no so bad after all... -- Duesentrieb 10:17, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

Where do I have to copy the Folders? And how can I access the Tree Category Page?

Gallery

Hallo, ich finde das Gallery-Tool echt klasse. Es hilft mir gerade dabei, meine Bilder aus de:WP in den Commons hochzuladen und zu kontrollieren, welche ich schon habe etc. . Aber ich habe dazu eine Frage: Wie entsteht die Zeitversetzung? Momentan sind es fast 2 Stunden. Macht das Tool regelmäßig (z.B. alle x Stunden) Updates oder ist es von der Serverauslastung abhängig? Wenn es eine feste Zeit gäbe, in der es aktuell ist, würde ich die Verschiebungen eventuell in diese Zeit legen, um schneller den Überblick zu behalten ;-) Gruß --MdE (de:WP) / 84.178.207.15 15:01, 28 August 2006 (UTC)

Problem with "Contributors"

Hi. I tried to use "Contributors" on an article from de.wp, namely w:de:Bundesautobahn 7. I used the timespan "2001-1-1" to "2007-1-1" to see all edits. I grouped by user, and hided as much as I could. This link shows my detailed search. In the results, nothing was shown. As timespan, "1970-1-1" to "1970-1-1" was displayed. (I think it has something to do with your timestamps going back to zero for some reason.)

Ich habe irgendwo gelesen das Du damit etwas zu tun hast, deshalb wollte ich dich als deutschsprachigen dazu etwas fragen: ist der XML-output dem normalen XHTML vorzuziehen? I think they are in the format (major edits/minor edits). Major edits are edits that aren't marked as minor (duh). Jon Harald Søby 09:01, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

Catscan alle Kategorien

Hallo Duesentrieb, bei der Catscan-Suche mit Option alle Kategorien (z.B. zu Sizilien werden Unterkategorien mehrfach angezeigt, wenn es verschiedene Wege dahin gibt, z.B. „Maler (Sizilien)“ ist Unterkategorie von „Kultur (Sizilien)“ und von „Person (Sizilien)“. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das zu unterdrücken? Sinnvoll würde ich auch eine Option „alle Artikel“ finden, die alle Artikel auflistet, die irgendwo in einer Unterkategorie der gewählten Kategorie enthalten sind. For all images uploaded to Commons from early September to Oct. 16th or so (and for some images uploaded before early September), all the category info seems to be gone, so that images are listed as "Orphan" by the WikiSense/Gallery.php tool, when they're not.... I love the gallery tool, but I also see this bug. Here are 2 examples that display as orphan in my user gallery

• Image:Bromesberrow St Mary's Church.jpg
• Image:Corsham map 1773.jpg

There are others that have the cats added from templates; but not the cats typed into the page, such as:

• Image:Hartham Park.jpg - only shows Category:Geograph images but not the other categories such as Category:Towns and villages in Wiltshire and Category:CC-BY-SA-2.0

With this fixed, the gallery could be very useful for reviewing whether I have put my images in the correct categories. If I am doing something wrong, please reply on my commons talk page. --User:InfantGorilla 10:11, 2 November 2006 (UTC)

I am seeing this problem, too. Most of the images in my gallery are now showing as Orphan! when they do in fact have categories. A bug seems to have been introduced in the last few weeks. Gallery false "orphan" positives

See my list of images on Commons [4]. Your tool is reporting Image:Pontorson church.jpg as an orphan, although it's actually in a couple of categories. Presumably it's confused by the fact I updated the image? Not a huge problem but I thought I'd let you know. Stevage 02:00, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

As stated in the yellow box at the top of all tool pages, this is caused by a broken copy of the commons database. It will be fixed when we get a fresh copy (which is quite huge, so it may be some time until it happens). -- Duesentrieb 12:57, 22 November 2006 (UTC)

Hm, would that be total number of uploads, or undeted uploads, or uploads that are currently the current version of the image? Note that counting things takes nearly as long as listing them. Running a count for a user that has uploaded thousands of images (like a bot might) would put some streighn on the database. CommonsClash - more results

Hi Daniel. I have a question for some time now: Why can't I display more results in the CommonsClash tool? when I click the 500, 1000 or any other of the links for more results, I get the exact same page as before... is it because of the "(no more results)" message that appears next to those links? in that case, why not hiding the links (or at least delinking them). Könntest du bei Gelegenheit beim Contributors-Skript die Gesamtanzahl der Bearbeitungen mit ausgeben, so dass http://tools.wikimedia.de/~stephanie/revisioncounter.php (sowieso broken) überflüssig wird. Außerdem wäre eine Option "group sequent edits by the same user" (aufeinander folgende Bearbeitungen ein und desselben Autors zusammenfassen) sehr hilfreich zur Analyse von Bearbeitungsgeschichten.

Description missing

Gallery tool feature request: show camera make and model from EXIF

The range of cameras used is often a useful factor in assessing the truthfulness of a user's authorship claims. Would it be possible to pull the camera make and model information from the EXIF metadata if available and display it in the gallery? Es ist leider schlicht unmöglich, das zu prüfen, weil die Datenbank das nicht speichert. Die einzige möglichkeit wäre, für alle betroffenen Sieten den Volltext zu durchsuachen - und das ist eben gerade dann viel zu aufwändig, wenn viele seiten betroffen sind.

Das ist ärgerlich, aber nicht zu ändern. Das ist ein grundsätzliches Problem mit der art und weise, wie Templates funktionieren.

Gallery by Category

Hi, any chance the Gallery tool could filter by Category rather than by username? Most of my photos have been uploaded by bots (more than one), I also have uploaded some myself, but they all have the category "Photographs by Dori". Extending the filter by user feature

I am using the flickr bot to upload some image from my flickr account to commons.
Now, my gallery does not show those pictures, since they are not tagged as commons:User:Esby but as my flickr account name.
Could be there an option to search images coming from a given flickr account?
Or maybe just for any 'author' text string?
Another possibility would be to check for the {{:commons:User flickr}} model presence in the user page and to also search for the corresponding information.

Neues Template "Pink_CC" wird von Gallery tool nicht an-erkannt

Hallo Duesentrieb,

hier (und bei anderen Bildern ebenso) erkennt das Tool lt. letzter Spalte, dass ein cc-by-sa-Eintrag gemacht wurde, weist aber in der Spalte davor das selbe Bild als "no license tag!" aus.

Ich habe das Template entworfen, um es insbesondere professionellen Fotografen ein wenig leichter zu machen, Bildspenden abzugeben (Commons:user:Rocket000 hat die Arbeit gemacht).

Scheinbar ist es aber doch ein Problem des gallery tool. Lässt sich das mit vertretbarem Aufwand beheben? Es wäre schon schade, wenn mühsam gekeilte "Bildspender" durch Horrormeldungen verschreckt würden. Proposed enchancement to Gallery tool

Hi, The way I understand it currently Gallery tool shows images of users which are the last uploder for a given image. Would it be possible to show only the images when you are the original uploader? Lately I am helping out with removing watermarks from images, which requires me to reupload the image so now my gallery tool shows 100's of files I do not know much about and original uploader gallery does not show his own files. Hi Düsentrieb, erstmal vielen Dank für die vielen tollen tools!!! Meine Fragen bzw. Vorschläge sind:

Bilder

1.) (Wie) Ist es möglich über die Gallery im nachhinein eigene Bilder zu bearbeiten? Z.B. hab ich manchmal vergessen die Lizenz auszuwählen oder einen aussagekräftigen Dateinamen zu geben. Gibt es ein tool für bulk-edit für bereits eingestellte Bilder (ähnlich wie der uploader von commons)?

2.) (Wie) Ist es möglich die in einem Wikiprojekt auch für andere Projekte (commons) zur Verfügung zu stellen/zu übernehmen. Und zwar auch wieder alle auf einmal (sonst mühsam).

Gestaltung / GUI

1.) Vorschlag zu intuitiveren Gestaltung. Für mich als typischen WYSIWYG user ist es ganz schwer herauszufinden, wie man was macht in den Wikiprojekten und verschlingt dementsprechend viel Zeit. Das nervt mich dann, weil ich lieber effektiv Material zur Verfügung stellen würde, als manuals zu lesen und auszuprobieren.

Wenn nach "letzten änderungen" gesucht wird, werden dazu die Daten verwendet, die auch Wikipedia für de:Special:Recentchanges verwendet -- die gehen nur 30 Tage in die Vergangenheit, danach werden sie gelöscht. Darauf habe ich keinen Einfluß. -- Duesentrieb 11:11, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Hallo Duesentrieb, auf meiner Diskussionsseite wurde ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, daß die Liste bei großen Historien unvollständig ist. Es scheint so, als würden maximal etwa 100 Zeilen angezeigt. Ist das so gewollt? Als Turn-around habe ich erst mal vorgeschlagen, die Liste nach User zu gruppieren.

Dann ist mir aufgefallen, daß das until-Datum in der Liste nicht vorkommt; eine Suche beispielsweise vom 3.-5. September blendet nur die Tage vom 3.+4. ein. Habe das in meiner Anleitung zum Kopieren der Versionsgeschichte schon aufgeführt. Magst Du da was ändern? --Xqt 05:52, 12 September 2008 (UTC)

Es scheinen 99 Zeilen zu sein, wenn mein Zählwerkzeug richtig funktioniert und falls das was zur Sache tut. Xqt: Vielen Dank für die Weiterleitung meiner Frage. fetching descriptions for images

Hello Duesentrieb, I'm currently trying to upload images from http://modernegypt.bibalex.org/Collections/Images/ImagesLucene.aspx to commons. The problem is there are many images which I would probably mass upload to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Works_from_the_Memory_of_Modern_Egypt_Digital_Archive . Is there a way to fetch image descriptions from the original website to commons according to commons. Is there any way to make copying descriptions, author, date easier? The image database is found at http://modernegypt.bibalex.org/attachments/photos/large/ . The image descriptions are found at http://modernegypt.bibalex.org/imageViewer/mapViewer2.aspx?type=imagelucene&album=0&page=0 which uses session and would probably show you a problem page. You have to click on an image on http://modernegypt.bibalex.org/Collections/Images/ImagesLucene.aspx and then you have an icon next to اغلاق which has the description of the file viewed. If u look at the source you'd find

I'd like if u could in any way help, please, in scripting a bot or something to fetch image description to commons. I'd upload the images with their original name and the bot would check the name with a database of file descriptions and write them on commons.

Hope you would think about it, it would enrich egyptian content on Commons and help make Wikipedia a more media filled place.

Reappearance of "Gallery" database error

I have noted the following database error on several galleries over the last three or four days (example from gallery for RestfulC401):

• A database error has occurred Query: SELECT cl_to as cat FROM categorylinks LEFT JOIN u_daniel_cache.commonswiki_nontopics ON namespace = 14 AND title = cl_to where cl_from = 6635967 AND id IS NULL Function: getCategories Error: 1146 Table 'u_daniel_cache.commonswiki_nontopics' doesn't exist (sql-s4)

The query parameters for the Gallery are:

• Wiki = en, commons.wikimedia.org
• Since: ever
• Until: now
• Filter by user: RestfulC401
• Sort by: date (descending)
• Format: normal (HTML)

The first row of the gallery appears, but the cell "Usage" is empty and nothing appears after that point: no further columns, no further rows. The error occurs every time the gallery is accessed. Several gallery queries I use regularly are behaving the same way. The error started several days ago.

IP detection tools

Thank you very much for your very handy tool to sum up all editors of an article! Could it be expanded by showing whois information for all anonymous editors? There was a case of manipulation by PR firm Hill & Knowlton - best known internationally for spreading the lie about Kuwaiti babies thrown out of incubators in order to sell the Gulf war to the US public - abusing wikipedia for whitewashing the government of the Maldives that had hired the firm for improving its reputation that had been harmed by human rights violations. [5] [6] [7] [8] So it would be handy to quickly see if suspicious articles were influenced by editors known to have special interests. Unfortunately, wikiscanner doesn't seem to work right now. Contributors tool

Hello. I've been noticing that the contributors tool at [9] is not correctly counting edits. As a test, I am looking at en:Missy Franklin, using a main contributor (en:User:Dirtlawyer1) as a reference point. Your tool reports "19 (17/2)" edits by him. It also shows his last edit to the article as being "2012-07-14 23:58". That is an edit of his, but he has edited the article 17 times since then. Further, he's actually edited the article 36 times. Can you explain? Is this a bug or am I not reading something correctly? --Hammersoft (talk) 14:45, 9 August 2012 (UTC)

contributor tool shows wrong contributors

Hi Duesentrieb, on the article Born to Sing: No Plan B when you bring up the contributors there is a listing of editors that do not belong to the page. They've never edited it. this listing it wrong I don't know if it has always been this way or just recently . Thanks so much of all your hard work on these tools. Tool to check if article has talk page

on ampersand (&) Symbol in the name "Ghosts&empties" is not escaped at all causing xml parsers to crash when trying to read that page. Usually the pages generated by contributors php are ok in this respect. I only found that because of running automated tests on many pages.
