[edit]Hi, I would be glad to work with you on the demo wikidebat. If you want to exchange on this topic here is a link https://discord.gg/BYrRtGCr Best Wiikkkiiii (talk) 23:54, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
- @Wiikkkiiii: Okay. Please don't post here, this is why this page redirects to my user talk page on s:en:. AnotherEditor144 t - c 06:46, 22 March 2021 (UTC)
- Unfortunatelly, due to your recent behaviors, you should no longer "soft redirect" your talk page to wikisource, but just OPEN HERE, see below section for why. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 10:25, 25 November 2021 (UTC)
- While you do have every single right to blank your talk page, you asking other users not to post on this page isn't a really viable option because:
- This isn't like a wiki where you don't regularly visit or edit, it's the most centralised wiki
- As Liuxinyu970226 said, because your behaviour, I 180% agree that you should no longer "soft redirect" your talk page to en.wikisource.

User:1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 13:40, 26 November 2021 (UTC)- I dunno tbh. Just continued it from Liuxinyu970226's comment also made yesterday. SHB2000 (talk | contribs) 03:07, 27 November 2021 (UTC)
- Is there any reason to oppose my removal of the soft redirect above? If no, then I'd love to remove it today or tomorrow, or just within these days. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 01:29, 24 December 2021 (UTC)
- Not that I can think of. And plus, given that meta is the centralized wiki of all WMF projects, is AnotherEditor144 even allowed to "soft-redirect" their talk? --SHB2000 (talk | contribs) 02:13, 24 December 2021 (UTC)
- The soft redirect has been removed. AnotherEditor144 t - c 16:08, 30 April 2022 (UTC)

Wikisporadic Newsletter: August 2021
[edit]Wikisporadic, an Occasional Newsletter for our Germinating Community.
- The Wikipore Day Unconference was held in July, with about 20 participants - see etherpad. A suggested path forward is the "movement tactic" of regular collaborations, like a Spore of the Month or a Feature of the Fortnight.
- Some newer proposed projects at Wikispore: STARDIT (using mw:Extension:Cargo), Works Spore, WikiCite. (Comment on their talk pages!)
- On Saturday August 14, there will be a Wikimania lightning talk on Wikispore and Innovating Free Knowledge at , followed a few minutes later by an unconference group session for Wikimedians Innovating New Genres.
(You can subscribe/unsubscribe from future notifications for the Wikisporadic Newsletter by adding or removing your name from this list.)
Feedback on any of these items is welcomed at your friendly Wikispore Greenhouse!

Please, no more unnecessary pinging
[edit]Several users, include me, are concerning your ping action yesterday, to which you pinged several users that they don't want to get mentioned on that RFC, this is a harassment behaviour, which violates our TOU and MWCOC, and that's globally inappropriate.
Better to believe that I'm doing a 4im level warning, by just doing so once again, I will report to Meta:AN to get you been blocked. Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 08:50, 12 November 2021 (UTC)
- For reference, the intended diff appears to be the following one. ~~~~
User:1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 03:11, 14 November 2021 (UTC)- I didn't know that these users didn't want to get mentioned. AnotherEditor144 t - c 09:21, 14 November 2021 (UTC)
- Heh-hem. Right above your ping/comment, by Janwo. "Could you please stop pinging me? I am watching this page and I do reply when I think a reply is necessary. Thank you". SHB2000 (talk | contribs) 09:11, 19 November 2021 (UTC)
- Yep, the only fair reason that this account "didn't know" is just because someone else are also having this account, acting either sockpupper or meatpuppet role in their life. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 01:32, 24 December 2021 (UTC)

User:1234qwer1234qwer4 (talk) 02:13, 24 December 2021 (UTC)- @1234qwer1234qwer4: I already assumed, but even so, their behavior is confirmed by enwiki, isn't that? Just remember their reason for blocked on enwiki: Undisclosed alternative accounts are not to be used in discussions internal to the project. (or are you asking me to also AGF for global LTAs e.g. KAGE? Simply I can't agree, as these LTAs are not AGFing me, I see no reason why I still can and should keep one-way AGF to them. This is just something I can Ignore all rules here.) --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 00:16, 26 December 2021 (UTC)

Wikisporadic Newsletter: September 2022
[edit]Wikisporadic, an Occasional Newsletter for our Germinating Community.
- Oral knowledge We held a session on oral knowledge and Wikispore as part of Options Space at Wikimedia Summit 2022 in Berlin, looking at options with several African affiliates to link out to cultural topics from Wikipedia(s). Some African communities are already doing oral knowledge documentation like the Nigerian community working on oral history as well as the growing Mozambican community working on oral history documentation in Makhuwa language. This is a way to provide more sources as well as digitize some oral parts of their history.
- Wikidata integration There is a plan to install the new UnlinkedWikibase extension, advancing the vision of Wikisprout and full Wikidata integration such as use in infoboxes.
- Movement strategy Using the Cargo and related extensions on Wikispore, work is underway to create a demo of Movement Strategy activities, adapting Baserow data from Wikimedia Summit.
- Halloween event As a Wikidata 10th Birthday event, there is hope to collaborate at the end of October with Wiki Cemeteries User Group on Grave Spore (see discussion), for maps and in-depth coverage of individual graves.
