Hi, I was reading your comment: "From a war torn Wikipedia, a good steward candidate are local Administrator who able to lead their communities on their own home wiki into a good communities". Can you provide proof that I am a poor leader and that the community that makes the hr.wikipedia.org project is wicked or deficient. Where does the "war torn Wikipedia" come from ? Such generalisations and stereotyping is really not called upon.
