Post-meeting summary

The meetings were lightly attended but had useful conversations. Part of the meetings overlapped with global movement strategy conversations, and meeting attendees are also invested in those discussions. There was mainly talk about local processes in handling and reporting harassment and related user conduct issues on-wiki, gathering use cases for specific communities and groups that may need to adjust or create new processes to deal with UCoC related complaints. There were questions and answers about the role of community in creating and owning these processes, and how much time it will take to accomplish these goals. Attendees also shared and learned about how different communities are handing things already, and what can be emulated in other places.

There will be another round of discussions after the publication of the UCoC enforcement draft. The next round of meetings will push for heavier attendance and participation as the members of the groups have some something of substance to discuss and work with, having a draft available.
