The Million Wiki Project aims to create one million new articles and content pieces on Wikimedia projects about the Arab world in different languages within three years. By funding Wikimedians from diverse backgrounds and fostering a collaborative community, we strive to build a diverse and inclusive knowledge platform that reflects the rich cultural heritage and contemporary interests of the Arab world.

Mission

To enrich Wikimedia projects by encouraging Wikimedians to focus on content enrichment through funded projects and contribute one million Wiki contributions to Wikipedia and other Wikimedia projects within three years in different languages including Arabic and English.

3. Grant Program: Provides funding opportunities for individuals and groups with innovative project ideas from different backgrounds and cultures.
4. Impact: Incorporates robust data collection and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and progress of funded projects.
5. Localization: Focuses on adding content relevant to the UAE and its cultural heritage.
