Selection process changes

I changed the selection process wording from "the best version of each proposal" to "the 10 proposal variations that have garnered the most positive feedback through consensus" as being what would eventually be voted upon. Why? Because as of now, Proposal C has garnered 8 negative criticisms and only 1 positive feedback. Proposal D has several positive feedbacks among three different variations. Proposals I and H also have more than one variation that are receiving positive feedback. So, why should a poor proposal, like C (which apparently only 1 person likes), automatically earn a finalist voting spot, and two good choices from D have to be thrown out to make room for C? I think that the top-10 most liked versions, regardless of the original proposal grouping, should move on to the final vote. That is what would be best for Wikibooks anyway. Choose from among the 10 best, not the 10 containing a mixture of good and bad choices. If others disagree, feel free to change it back to the way it was before.
