I'm writing to inform you that Mounir Touzri has confirmed his adoption of the Wiki Loves Ramadan (WLR) contest. He has also shared some valuable suggestions to ensure the project's success.

I'm reaching out to see if any of you would be interested in joining the international Wiki Loves Ramadan team. Your expertise and contributions would be invaluable in making this year's contest a memorable and impactful event.

Please note that Mounir Touzri has indicated that he would prefer not to be part of the team, but his guidance and support will be invaluable throughout the process.

I've moved the previous project page to "Initial Proposal" as a subpage of the main context page. This will allow us to organize and track our progress effectively.
