Add topicProblem

Browsers list

- @IKhitron: Creating an exhaustive list of all affected browsers is impossible—there are simply too many browsers out there. The list in the Phabricator task is (I think) exhaustive in regard to the browsers support will be dropped for—other browsers are not supported at all, that is, there’s no guarantee that things will work in them. (Internet Explorer 9+ is supported, but, as explicitly noted in the ticket, it will be unaffected by this change.) —Tacsipacsi (talk) 17:28, 27 March 2021 (UTC)

- @Johan (WMF): The variable is called "compability", this should either be fixed or the translations should be checked before sending the newsletter out to make sure no translator has fixed that spelling error. — Alexis Jazz (talk or ping me) 00:45, 28 March 2021 (UTC)
