[BUG]: dewiki: Warning-Process

There is a problem with the new v1.6. de.wikipedia.org current SWViewer-Status is:
First Warning
Second Warning
Report on the vandlism page
This process should be updated, to fulfil the local standards. Vandals should be reported after the second edit. The following would be correct:
Per this SRG global rollback request for a user, it looks like SWViewer may not work for browsers saying that "you must have local or global rollback permissions", even if a user has rollback permissions in one or more projects. Could somebody fix this issue? Thanks.
I think I just realized what the problem is. I think it’s to do with my global account information at Special:CentralAuth. A bunch of wikis are just showing autopatrolled and one IPBE, but visiting a local wiki is not an issue as that shows the correct user right. Tropicalkitty (talk) 05:15, 25 January 2024 (UTC)
For what it's worth I've discussed this with @Fehufanga and it looks like it's not just you @Tropicalkitty. If you're trying to authenticate and not a global rollbacker, it won't work. @64andtim previously authenticated sessions will work fine but if you try to login via oauth in a new session, the error will occur if you aren't a global rollbacker or have some other right that is bundled with it (eg global sysop). Back in December, I changed the "Requesting deletion" edit summary from "Requestin delytion" to "Requestin deletion" but it seems this change has yet to be enacted (somebody used it yesterday). The Scots "delytion" would be akin to the English "elation" if it were an actual word (delyte is cognate to delight rather than delete)

I tried using swv and the message I got is I can not use it as I don't have local or global rollback. Infact I have rollback rights on Mr Wikisource, those are part of patroller group. I am not sure how to solve this, please guide me.
[BUG]: Registered editors appear in SWViewer timeline despite excluded by settings

I usually use SWViewer to check IP user edits only. I noticed that now registered editors also appear in my timeline, but my SWViewer settings have not been changed. I reloaded the page but the issue is not cleared. How can this be fixed?

For a few days now, SWViever has been flooding the queue with edits on wikidata that do not matchto my settings. For example: My settings are edit limit 5, day limit 3. I get edit from a user with over 2 million edits is displayed. After a while, the SWViewer runs normally and then suddenly has this bug again.
[FEATURE]: Deletion requests and similar processes

Additional to speedy deletions, it should be possible to tag pages for a regular deletion or similar processes like Quality Control Units or such. Often times, this does not only require a template to be put in the page, but also adding a section to a special page in in the Wiki Namespace. Thus, it is not possible to recreate such behaviour in the current state.
As an experienced contributor from dewiki: Oppose, I don't think thats a good idea. Regular deletion and Quality control requests require you to take a closer look at the whole page and maybe also check the sources, its nothing which should be done with SWV. I suggest marking this section as resolved. TenWhile6 (talk | SWMT) 18:08, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
Strong oppose. Justman got his rights removed on dewiki for multiple policy violations and didn't got them back until now. There were and are still problems with his vandalism reports and reverts. His last request to get the rights back was rejected 2024. TenWhile610:27, 11 August 2024 (UTC)
The reason why rollback is required is to reduce the probability of users misidentifying vandalism. That said, it is unlikely that users with no rollback access anywhere be allowed access to the powerful tool. ToadetteEdit (talk) 18:57, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
