Hello @Amrit Sufi, letting you know about the Lingualibre project and its rapid Recording Studio for vocabulary's recording and audio-dictionaries. Works on desktop PC. We also have documentation to lead outreach. While we are aware about it, we are weak and not properly trained on the consent / legal front, so your documentation is very much welcome.
