2025 events
[edit]Hi, I've just put in events for Australia. The current events are not displaying on the page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Celebrate_Women - it shows all the tables as empty. Only after you've clicked on the 'add your event...' button will all the events display https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Celebrate_Women/Events
Was this intentional? I'm not experienced enough to see if it is a simple show/hide setting somewhere, sorry. --AlphaLemur (talk) 01:12, 24 February 2025 (UTC)
- @Astinson (WMF): the translation tags for new content an the transcluded Celebrate Women/Events page have been activated last night, but I also don't see any of the events on the landing page. Any idea why they don't appear? Ciell (talk) 07:37, 24 February 2025 (UTC)
- @Ciell you have to mark for translation the subpage as well -- because the subpage translation is connected to the translation tags on translated pages. It looks up to date for me now, Astinson (WMF) (talk) 14:24, 24 February 2025 (UTC)

اليوم الدولي للمرأة أو اليوم العالمي للمرأة هو احتفال عالمي في اليوم الثامن من شهر مارس / آذار من كل عام، ويقام للدلالة على الاحترام العام وتقدير وحب المرأة لإنجازاتها الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية، وفي بعض الدول كالصين وروسيا وكوبا تحصل النساء على إجازة في هذا اليوم ، طبعا الان اتحدث لكم من العراق نحن هنا نحتفل بيوم المرأة ولكن فقط المؤسسات المهتمة بهذا الموضوع ولكن الشارع العراقي بشكل عام لم يحتفل ولا يهتم بهذا الموضوع ، ولو يعلمون بهذا اليوم المهم والعريق الذي يتكلم عن المرأه التي تهمك حتى لو كانت أمك او زوجتك او اي امرأة قريبة عليك ، ونحن اليوم يجب علينا ان نهتم بهذا الموضوع المهم جدا في هذا العالم ، لو تأتي وتسأل نفسك وتقول لماذا دول الغرب مهتمة بهذا الموضوع مثل الصين وروسيا وغيرها من الدول لان هذه الدول تعرف شعار عيد المرأه وهو ينص على ان الحقوق والمساواة والتمكين لكافة النساء والفتيات والان بالاخير نحن يجب الالتزام بهذااليوم ، تحياتي لكل شخص يحترم المرأة @dr.Mezer Hamad Akhlif ميزر حمد (talk) 22:45, 6 March 2025 (UTC)
