Translate it to telugu and make it available in telugu wikipedia

I Request responsible authorities to make this work plan draft available in telugu wikipedia ideally by translating it or else at least by creating a page with existing english info.(as you have done already with telugu wikipedia work plan). Then you can have a good discussion there, Many of telugu wikipedians are comfortable in discussing in telugu and also in telugu wikipedia first.
