Semi-automatic user edits

There is a discussion on my talkpage on Dutch Wikipedia if semi-automatic user edits are botactions. I think they are not, other users think they are. I am talking about edits via tools like Twinkle, on our Wiki we use tools like DisamAssist and Zeusmode to fix internal links to disambiguation pages so they lead to an actual article in stead of a disambiguation page. So the question is can we use that kind of tools more than one time per minute or do users need a botflag if they make more than one edit per minute with tools like this? That would be weird right? @DutchTina: this is normally something that each project makes its own rules for. From a technical perspective any account can have a "bot" or "flood" flag, on some projects people make a second account for non-controversial repetitive edits and have it flagged so that it doesn't clog up watchlists/recentchanges. — xaosflux ^Talk 18:32, 4 December 2019 (UTC)
