I was really bored:

• Not done BU Rob13 - account was renamed, user vanished, new account exists there
• Done Cpetitti - account was renamed to "CMiele"
• Done Eniport - account was renamed to "EniPort"
• Done Jules78120 - account was renamed to "Jules*"
•  On hold Rosalie Mondjo (WMDE) - account doesn't exist, I don't see anything suggesting that it was renamed

For the vanish, there is now a separate user account that exists there, that as far as I can tell should be controlled by the same person, but we don't know. --DannyS712 (talk) 19:04, 6 March 2020 (UTC)

@DannyS712: separate from Renamed user mou89p43twvqcvm8ut9w3? If so, we would need a specific audit trail linking it. If it is just that one, what I said above should be fine. Notice of extension of advanced rights ban

The Wikimedia Foundation has extended the 2-year ban from advanced rights currently placed on User:Alex Shih to an indefinite ban, permanently revoking access to advanced rights accessed through signature of an NDA. Due to continued breaches of the access to non-public information agreement (NDA), which Alex previously signed with Foundation, Alex will not be allowed in the future to hold any rights that require the signature of the NDA.

The Wikimedian is indeed deceased, as can be seen from CentralAuth. In theory I could remove this user myself from this list as admin, but I will not do so as I think letting it be removed by T&S is the correct way to handle this. Not done Zangoose&SeviperMan4055: this is not the appropriate place for such a request, and it is not possible to merge two accounts. Some updates needed

@JSutherland (WMF) and NahidSultan (WMF):

• In Special:Redirect/logid/38031385, "Astronomia Creativa" was renamed to "FBN122645"
• In Special:Redirect/logid/38660089, "轻语者" was renamed to "-akko"
• In Special:Redirect/logid/32098510, "BU Rob13" chose to vanish, and an account with the same name was then created on enwiki (w:Special:Redirect/logid/100297573) by another user, meaning that there is no way to prove that the "BU Rob13" account that exists now is the same as the one that signed the policy
• In Special:Redirect/logid/36237967, "Nithin.danday" was renamed to "Nithin"
• The account "Rosalie Mondjo (WMDE)" does not appear to exist, see Special:CentralAuth/Rosalie Mondjo (WMDE), and I didn't see any signs it used to exist and was renamed
• In Special:Redirect/logid/38666210, "Tornadosurvivor2011" chose to vanish (as noted in the section above)
• In Special:Redirect/logid/38101055, "Zoranzoki21" was renamed to "Kizule"
