Courcelles has become much more active on Meta in recent weeks and months, patrolling for vandalism and spam at what seems like all hours and keeping the project tidy. His deleted contributions show dozens and dozens of accurate SD tags, and, understandably, he's starting to wish he could simply remove the offending pages himself. Courcelles is an active and trusted administrator on enwiki, where he's also been trusted with the oversight tool as part of one of his appointed positions there. Support - Beat the nom! Courcelles is a very diligent, and hard working user. He is extremely trustworthy, as shown by his access to the oversight tool on en.wiki. Just looking at his 72 deleted contributions (and counting), you can see that he understands Meta policy extremely well, and has had no civility issues, also warning users about the pages they create.
