Meta:Requests for CentralNotice adminship/Ilario

I would like to ask for CN adminship to work on banners for Italian Language.
I am experienced in using central notice because I use a lot the centralnotice in Italian Wikipedia (I am a sysop and I can modify it) following the procedure to claim the community support to allow it. Unfortunately it works for projects covering the whole linguistic Wikipedia's project but I cannot work in geolocalization. A message focused to Italian speakers in Switzerland, for instance, it would be very important for my activity, but it cannot be put in the centralnotice modifying it directly in Italian Wikipedia because it will have impact in the whole Italian projects and this limits a lot my action and the efficiency of my projects to revitalize the local communities in Switzerland.
I am sysop in Italian Wikipedia since 2005, IEG and PEG committee member, and community liaison for Italian language for Wikimedia CH, in addition I am collaborating in the Italian community initiative of the creation of an Observatory to monitor the statistics of editors in Wikipedia using also some surveys to identify the reasons of leaving and a geolocalized banner may help a lot to have a more professional survey reachable through the central notice.
I managed several Wiki Loves Monuments campaigns in Switzerland using the geolocalized banners and some fundraising campaigns too.
