What problem does this solve?

Google forms is a tool to make surveys, but sometimes the design features in Google Forms is limited.

What is the solution?

• Use the Grid function in Google Forms to get more meaningful data.
• If you are using a likert scale, it is better to not use the "Scale" option in google forms becuase the scale is too short. Its is better to choose the multiple choice option and to list each option specifically.
• Use the scale option for questions where users can respond between 1 and 10.
