Grants talk:TPS/Magioladitis/SheSharp

[edit]Hello Magioladitis,
The Participation Support Committee is glad to fund your participation in the SheSharp 2nd Wikipedia Edithon. Please review the next steps for your grant as described in "How the program works".
Please note that we can only fund 140 Euros to cover your participation. "Incidentals" are not eligible for funding. That said, if you have additional expenses that are eligible (such as travel costs, meals, local transportation), you can submit receipts for review and include the expenses in your report. If they are reasonable, the committee may choose to cover them as part of your grant.
Note that your post-event report must provide a link to an outcome from your participation. An outcome does not include the materials you prepare to present at the event (though we’d like you to link to those, too), but something that is created during or after the event because of your participation, such as a learning pattern to teach others something you've learned at the event, a link to something new that was co-created by you and your fellow participants at the event, or a blog post you wrote to share your experience with others after the event. We recommend that you start planning your outcome now so you are prepared to submit it as part of your report, which is due 14 days after the event.
Our Grants Administrator will be in touch with you about your grant. Thank you for work on behalf of the Wikimedia Foundation.

- Dear Marti (WMF) thanks. In "incidentals" I meant "city bus tickets". In the tickets bullet I only included the airplane tickets. -- Magioladitis (talk) 16:40, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
- @Magioladitis: thank you for the clarification. In light of your reply, your submission is funded for the full 160 EUR requested since bus tickets are considered an expense eligible for reimbursement. I've updated your submission page to reflect the "city bus tickets" instead of "incidentals". I'll be reaching out to you today to issue your agreement. -- Best wishes, JTud (WMF), Grants Administrator (talk) 17:29, 27 April 2016 (UTC)
