Dear Geraki
Thanks for your submission. The Participation Support Committee is glad to fund your participation. Please review the next steps for your grant as described in "How the program works".
Furthermore please note that your post-event report must provide a link to an outcome from your participation. We recommend that you start planning your outcome now so you are prepared to submit it as part of your report, which is due 14 days after the event. An outcome does not include the materials you prepare to present at the event (though we’d like you to link to those, too), but something that is created during or after the event because of your participation, such as a link to something new that was co-created by you and your fellow participants at the event, a blog post you wrote to share your experience with others after the event, or a learning pattern to teach others something you've learned at the event. If you choose to make a learning pattern, think creatively about what you learned.
Our Grants Administrator will be in touch with you about your grant. Thank you for your work and we send our warm regards, --Muriel Staub (WMCH) (talk) 07:07, 3 August 2016 (UTC)Reply

Asking if transportation budget can cover car fuel and toll road expenses, instead of train tickets and taxi. My speech is early enough so that either I should wake up very early to catch the train and use taxis to get to the train station and then from the Larissa train station to the venue, or I should spent the night in Larissa (but I have not asked for accommodation expenses).
According to http://vriskoapostasi.gr/ calculations the total cost (round trip) will be 52 euros which is within the limit of 62 euros of my budget. I can provide receipts for car fuel and road toll fees. --Geraki TL 11:52, 21 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Thank you, Geraki, for letting us know of this slight change in your plans. The cost of the change does not increase your approved budget amount for transportation, and is actually less! Your request for the change is approved. -- Best, JTud (WMF), Grants Administrator (talk)
