Hello M-Mustapha, thank you for submitting this final report. Congratulations on completing your first Wikimedia project! We are glad that despite the challenges, you have organized a successful campaign and edit-a-thon. I have reviewed your final report and have the following questions and comments.

  • Could you please include a link to your created and improved articles? If you did not track those edits, would you please at least provide an approximate number of improved or created content pages?
  • In order to avoid extra work in monitoring and listing the contributions of editors, I encourage you to use the Outreach Dashboard for your upcoming events. It will automate the full process and provide final metrics on your project.
  • You mentioned in the report that during your campaign you have held discussions with the interested parties. What were they mostly interested in?

Thank you again for your hard work and contributions to the Wikimedia Movement. I have accepted your final report and expense documents. This grant is now complete. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 07:06, 18 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

Thanks DSaroyan (WMF)! I'm glad for this, regarding the questions and comments above, here's my response.
  • Yes! first of all, let me started by reminding you that the project is an Awareness campaign that included a Training workshop, we did not do any Edit-a-thon. I'm sorry that I did not track any of those edited articles during the training but an approximate number of 20+ pages were either created, improved or expanded.
  • Noted, this would be nice and will surely use the Outreach Dashboard for our upcoming events.
  • For the discussions, most of the interests of the parties are kind of encouragement and willing to support us on what we do, that's why Kad ICT Hub discounted price of space for us to one third of the actual price of their space. And Yasmine Elrufai Foundation (YELF) has offered us full access to their library resources, and give us opportunity to be members of their book club and literary evening meetings which happens ones every month to everyone of us if interested. Finally, I would like to thank you again for your kind review, Thank you so much and Best Regards. MM17 (discuss) 14:57, 21 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
Hello M-Mustapha, thanks for providing additional details about your project. I acknowledge that it has been an awareness campaign and understand the reason you have not tracked the edits of participants. In addition, I am glad to see that Kad ICT Hub and YELF supported you throughout the event. Best regards, DSaroyan (WMF) (talk) 09:48, 30 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
