I, Ben Bourgoin, fully support this initiative. It can be very difficult to organize people who are seperated by physical distance, and thus event is just the thing to help with that problem. I have worked with Wex in a class setting before and have faith that she will do her best to make it an awesome event!

Hi Morgan Jue (WMF), thank you for your post. I am a little confused. When you say "taking out the swag item from your budget", do you mean deduct it from my budget on the grant and apply for it on the separate form, or replace my original swag request with something from the page that you showed me? Hi Morgan Jue (WMF)--my edit-a-thon is scheduled for Saturday April 15th, and the website says that I have to allow for a month for the items to arrive. What can I do about this? RachelWex (talk)
