Hi Krishna Chaitanya Velaga. Before I ask about this specific proposal, you currently have three other grants in progress from the Wikimedia Foundation:

Can you tell me a little bit about your capacity to run a fourth project on top of these others? Thanks, I JethroBT (WMF) (talk) 22:45, 28 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

@I JethroBT (WMF): Hi, firstly many thanks for the continuous support. Coming your question, my answer is year. Here we go, coming to the first project Wiki Loves Uniformed services (India), it is an online photo competition that is doing good. In the view of 15 August (Independence Day of India), the project is likely to gain huge attention. Some work on this will only be required after the contest ends, which slated at 15 September 2017. Regarding the MOC 2017 Edit-a-thon, this is an on going project that was approved you. We've successfully conducted one session, and the participants were very enthusiastic for another session. Due to some time constraints during the first session, most of the participants had many doubts, and we've taken a survey of their opinions and they're very interested in having another one. I plan to conduct the second session on 20 August 2017. During the second session, I am also planning to take ideas from students that'll help Wikimedia movement. These ideas can be forwarded to Wikimedia 2030 Movement Strategy. So once the second session is done, this project will conclude within a few days once I analyze the metrics, put all the bills and receipts place etc. Coming to my latest project, VIVA-VVIT Edit-a-thon, as I have explained in the application, this will go for three weeks. The flagship event of this project which will be presided by resource persons has been planned for 1 September 2017. As we have three weeks, all the theoretical explanation will be done mostly by second week. Other vital information will brushed by resource persons. So this can chip in a good number of good editor. As far this project is concerned, as I have already mentioned in the application, Suyash Dwivedi will attending VIVA-VVIT Edit-a-thon as a resource person, he is the national coordinator for WLM in India this year. Even though WLM has been conducted three times in India, the Vijayawada (Amaravathi-the newly formed state capital) did not gain much attention. So improve the count of images regarding to this region we've planned this, and also as this will be done consequently to VIVA-VVIT Edit-a-thon, the travelling costs can be saved.
