Dear Jaluj,

We thank you for a deeply enriching account of your project. It brought a keener understanding of the patients themselves, and to learn from the challenges they faced in approaching an online presence was especially revelatory to me. From my understanding, your thoughtfulness and methodology to develop awareness of the Wikimedia projects in the mental health environment was the result of a longer process and evolution that adapted to to meet the needs of the participants over time. And it seemed that time is what was needed to continue encouraging both professionals patients to de-stigmatize their perceptions of Wikiquote and sister projects. The patients from this report offered a diverse range of reactions towards the internet that we take for granted, and the personalized detail you provided in their progress over the course of the class reflects their engagement.

As you observed, this project offered the ability to empower patients and develop novel approaches towards assessing mental health issues, and we hope you will continue to scale this towards an ongoing basis. You mentioned that the professionals involved were less resistant towards the Wikimedia projects. Knowing the administrative obstacles that viewed Wikimedia projects as unreliable or possibly risky, do you believe it is possible for professionals to adapt or replicate these training materials in their own work, now that you have established traction and better relationships with the participants? What other forms of support could WMF provide in the future?

We welcome you to continue updating us about these patients' experience from the project, as well as your continued collaboration with editors who wish to continue working on the project. Less resistant towards the Wikimedia projects doesn't mean no resistance. They still distrust the benefits of the project but no so much as before. Every day new professionals accept it. Due to the bureaucracy I had to submit a new written project to the authorities. It is not easy to achieve patient referrals but I am working on it. This is a project that interests me very much. Tomorrow I am presenting my work and that of Wikitherapy at an International Congress in Buenos Aires. I am hoping that other professionals will be interested in replicating the project but they will need asistance.

I'm preparing a poster and a video about the project to show on Wikimania.

I hope to continue working with the workshop and receiving support from the foundation. Do I write another project Grant?

Hello, Jaluj! I hope you'll be able to share your presentation widely, and that new professionals can come forth to participate and collaborate with you in some way. And yes, we encourage you to apply for another Rapid Grant, if your budget is up to US$2,000. We will also be accepting new submissions for Project Grants in the coming months, so please look into this if a larger-scale project is within your scope and capacity.
