Hi Mohamed Ouda and Ahmed Mohi El din. Thank you for this report and all your and the user group's efforts to organizing the 2016 activities. We're happy to hear that everything went relatively smoothly.

I know we have given you this feedback in the past, but it would be great to have more robust reporting from the user group. For example, in terms of the education program, providing links to more of the details would be helpful or highlighting the story of a teacher or student that you found inspiring. I found these links and the page on the Egyptian Education Program on my own, but it is better if you can add them yourselves and give more context to the work. There are some amazing statistics we would not have been aware of, and data is always better with stories. For example, "In this term, students achieved great success during spring and summer 2015 and added their highest contributions ever to Wikipedia since 2012 when the program had its first inception there. More than 15 million bytes were added and 1930 new articles were created and edited by students of 5 classes in 3 universities. The Egyptian Program continues its efforts to increase gender diversity on Wikipedia by encouraging more female students to join. 89.91% of the students who participated last term were female." This is great to hear! Here are some resources on reporting and storytelling that I encourage you to read.

It sounds like the writing contest for new editors was a success! Was this the first time you organized a contest focused on new editors? Did you offer any kind of targeted support before or during the contest? Do you know if these editors are continuing to contribute to the projects?
