I think a MOOC or even some kind of "first level support" - a Facebook group, personal video lessons via something like Skype or even TeamViewer, might do miracles and be great value for money (especially as it would cost next to nothing). There is a lot of documentation on Wikipedia, but I think most people don't read it. But I've made good experience with taking new editors by the hand and showing them the fancy editing possibilities one by one. --Nikola (talk) 11:34, 26 October 2016 (UTC)
