Add topicFinalize your proposal by September 30!
[edit]Hi Tebot Thanks for drafting this proposal!
- We're hosting one last IEG proposal help session in Google Hangouts this weekend, so please join us if you'd like to get some last-minute help or feedback as you finalize your submission.
- Once you're ready to submit it for review, please update its status (in your page's Probox markup) from DRAFT to PROPOSED, as the deadline is September 30th.
- If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me (IEG committee member) or Siko (IEG program head), or just post a note on this talk page and we'll see it.

Thanks Ocaasi, we are working on budget and activities to close the proposal, as WimimediaBo we ask if for this project are better the IEG or the PEG, as a local community we are learning about these grants. ¿What do you think about the detail in project?
Possible Project and Event Grant
[edit]Hi Tebot. Following up on your conversation with Siko during the IEG hangout, this project is better suited for a Project and Event Grant. However, before we move the grant proposal over to PEG, it would be great to discuss the project in more detail. Can you please send an email to grants "at" wikimedia.org so we can follow-up? Both Floor on the Wikipedia Education Program team, and I look forward to learning more about your activities. Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 17:54, 30 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Tebot and Alex - Just letting you know that I'm marking the status of this proposal as draft while you continue to discuss its move to a Project and Event Grant. This will allow space for your discussion to move forward outside of the IEG review timeline. Best wishes, Siko (WMF) (talk) 00:05, 4 October 2014 (UTC)
- Hi Tebot, we're happy to discuss the project in more detail. Please contact us via email: grants "at" wikimedia.org. Alex Wang (WMF) (talk) 18:03, 7 October 2014 (UTC)
Status update
[edit]Hi Tebot. Thanks once again for starting to draft your proposal last year.
I just wanted to give you a heads up that I'm going to mark your proposal as 'withdrawn' because we've launched a new open call for IEG proposals for 2015 and I want to make sure that community reviewers don't mistake this idea as a current submission.
Of course, you are welcome to submit it as a new idea! As Alex indicates above, this particular idea probably would work best in the Project and Event Grant program.
Warm regards, --Marti (WMF) (talk) 17:09, 8 September 2015 (UTC)
