Learning

[edit]

Projects do not always go according to plan. Sharing what you learned can help you and others plan similar projects in the future. Help the movement learn from your experience by answering the following questions:

  • What worked well?
  1. The event was engaging as participants worked in groupwise
  2. Volunteers were so cooperative in all activities during the event
  3. Despite the heavy rainfall, we were lucky that there were no power cut issues.
  • What did not work so well?
  1. Participants came a little late (a range of about 30 mins to 1:30 hrs) after the planned starting time.
  2. Some registered participants didn’t show up
  3. Few number of Women showed up
  • What would you do differently next time?
  1. Encourage more women to attend Wiki events
  2. Try to coordinate at least one online overview training on the key activities to be done on upcoming events so as those who will not seem to make it to come physically can still participate remotely.
